Pattern Audit
Definition
Pattern Audit is a structured review of repeated triggers, predictions, feelings, coping responses and outcomes.
Purpose
The purpose is to identify recurring behavioural patterns without reducing them to motivation or personality.
Behavioural Logic
Repeated behaviours often become easier to observe when they are documented as a sequence across situations.

Implementation
Participants document repeated situations, compare patterns and identify the earliest observable point where behaviour begins to shift.
Participant Example
J.M. documented procrastination across multiple life domains, while P.M. documented avoidance patterns appearing before study, cleaning and work contexts.
Research Status
Pattern Audit is currently used as part of pilot implementation and case-report documentation.
Future Measurement Questions
- Which pattern variables repeat most often?
- Can audits identify earlier intervention points?
- How should cross-domain pattern transfer be measured?
